Services
In-home
Practise Pilates in the comfort of your own home either on with a uniquely designed programme to suit your physical needs.
The first session will be an introductory class, introducing you to the basic principles of Pilates and will include a personalised postural analysis. We will work together to achieve your fitness goals. These sessions will make you feel more energised, stretched and toned and improve your physical and mental wellbeing.
This programme is available either via ZOOM or through in person sessions to suit your convenience.
In-office
If you sit at a desk for long periods of time and don’t find time after work to take regular exercise, it would be extremely beneficial and fun for you and your colleagues to have a workout at a time that suits you in your work place.
I teach a dynamic in-office Pilates class with the focus on opening up and lengthening the body, as well as toning and strengthening the core. My classes will improve flexibility and muscle tone and I aim to create an enjoyable and challenging workout for the whole body.
On-line ZOOM (group classes)
This option would suit a group of friends (5 people minimum) who want to workout together remotely. These fun live ZOOM classes will help keep you fit and healthy and improve flexibility, co-ordination and strength. With the consent of all members of the group these classes can be recorded for catch up purposes.

About Me
I am a professional dancer with a passion for good Posture!
I trained in Stott Pilates matwork and have been teaching alongside my dance career for the last decade.
Practising Pilates regularly alongside my dance training has helped support my body and protect me from injury. I like to combine lengthening and strengthening exercises in my classes inspired from my dance background.
I have experience teaching a wide range of clients including athletes, performers or anyone rehabbing from a variety of injuries or conditions, such as lower back, hip or knee pain.
I believe Pilates is for everyone and for every body type, it will help build strength, muscle endurance and relieve tension, which is important for the mind-body connection.
I enjoy nothing more than helping my clients achieve their goals and seeing them move more efficiently in their everyday lives.
I am also qualified in pre- and post-natal Pilates and am a firm believer in the benefits this brings to the changing body.
